    Return Policy

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may only return it to us for store credit or an exchange, we do not offer 'change of mind returns/refunds. Please see below for more information on our return policy. In this case the term 'return/s' means 'return to store for store credit' or 'return to store for exchange'.

    RETURNS

    All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchases date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. In certain cases notifying us within seven (7) days of purchase is sufficient, even if you are in possession of the purchased item after the seven (7). This is to be determined case to case basis.

    RETURN PROCESS 

    To return an item, please email customer service at info@covejewellery.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address or visit our showroom in person:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and add extra insurance cover. The recommend method of postage is Express Australia Post with a signature on delivery.

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    EXCEPTIONS

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    •     Manufactured items through Cove Jewellery Bespoke Design 

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a repair or an exchange. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a full refund.
